NAI Global Announces Strategic Merger with C-III Capital Partners

NAI Global announces its agreement to merge into a subsidiary of C-III Capital Partners LLC. This step will capitalize NAI Global to the highest level in the market as one of the premier global commercial real estate companies. The combination of NAI Global and C-III’s portfolio will generate significant management, leasing and disposition opportunities for the NAI Global network as well as expand its base of Asset/Property Management, Project/Facilities Management and Valuation Services. C-III is a company controlled by Andrew Farkas through his company Island Capital. Mr. Farkas was the founder of Insignia Financial Group, which he grew into one of the world’s largest commercial real estate companies before it merged with CBRE in 2003. NAI Isaac Sells Nicholasville Road Condo

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 1517 Nicholasville Road, Unit 305, a medical office condominium. The south Lexington condo was purchased by S & C Properties, LLC. Bruce R. Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, represented the Seller, Bank of the Bluegrass and Trust Company and was the sole broker in the transaction.

Lexington Among 2011 Best Cities for Job Growth

Lexington, Kentucky recently received recognition for job potential in 2011. In a survey by Manpower earlier this year, Lexington ranked #12 among the 2011 Best Cities for Job Growth in Lexington-Fayette County moved up two spots from last year to #12 in the mid-sized cities category, which included a non-farm employment base of between 150,000 and 450,000 jobs. NAI Isaac Sells Medical Office Building in Florence, KY

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 5001 Houston Road in Florence, KY. The 3,755 SF building is located in the Turfway Business Park and sold to FAA Houston Properties, LLC. Al Isaac, President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the seller in the transaction and Chris Hodge of CBRE represented the purchaser.
