Paul Ray Smith, Jr. of NAI Isaac Appointed ICSC 2012–2013 State Operations Chair

NAI Isaac Commercial Properties announced today that the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) has appointed Paul Ray Smith as ICSC 2012 – 2013 State Operations Chair for a one-year term beginning May 20, 2012. In this volunteer role, Smith will represent the interests of owners, developers, investors, marketers and other retail specialists across the state of Kentucky. “ICSC is delighted to welcome Paul Ray Smith into this new leadership role,” said Anne Kilcoyne, of NAI Isaac, Kentucky State Director. “His enthusiasm and willingness to contribute to the success of ICSC and the retail real estate industry will be of great benefit to our growing membership in Kentucky.” Smith served as 2011 – 2012 ICSC State Retail Chair and is actively involved in the 2012 TN/KY Idea Exchange Planning Committee. NAI Isaac Sells 517 W. Main to Investor

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of a 7,000+ SF condo at the 500s on Main development to CDHP Holdings, LLC. The Penguin Dueling Piano Bar leases the majority of the retail condo. The 500s on Main is an upscale retail/office development in Lexington’s Central Business District directly across from Lexington’s Convention Center, Rupp Arena, and Triangle Park. Al Isaac, President and Jamie Adams, Associate of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, handled the transaction for the Seller, Fifth Third Bank.

Berea Shoppes Welcomes Ratta-tat Tattoo Shop

Ratta-tat tattoo shop will open mid-March in the Berea Shoppes at 219 Prince Royal Drive in Berea, KY. Located in Madison County, Berea Shoppes is centrally located just off the South Berea Interstate 75 interchange (Exit 76). Paul Ray Smith of NAI Isaac, worked with the Landlord to secure the lease.

New Insurance Agency coming to Regency Road

Richard McNeely will open an insurance agency at 2040 Regency Road in Lexington, KY. Paul Ray Smith and Jim Kemper of NAI Isaac, worked with the Landlord and Tenant to secure the transaction.
