  NAI Isaac announces lease of 1051 Floyd Drive, Suite 190 in Lexington, Kentucky to Bath Experts. Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President, of NAI Isaac, and Andrew Follman, CCIM, with NAI Cressy, represented the Tenant. Ernie Arnold, of The Gibson Company, represented the Landlord. Bath Experts was founded in 2019 when the team saw an opening in the bath remodel market. Specifically they felt there was a need for a company that put its customers and employees at the heart of what they do. With over 60 years of combined experience in the home improvement industry their goal is to become one of the best bathroom remodeling companies in the United States.

NAI Isaac announces lease of 190 W. Lowry, Lexington, KY to Level Up Recovery. Jim Holbrook, Assistant Vice President, of NAI Isaac represented the Landlord.  Level Up Recovery is a drug addiction treatment and resource center. Level Up Recovery, is a non-profit organization and established their first sober living home for men in April 2022, in Lexington, Kentucky. A women's sober living home, also in Lexington, is in the works.

       NAI Isaac announces the sale of 2037 East Main St., Cumberland, KY. The 11,384 SF freestanding building, which sits on 1.97 acres, will be the new home of Save A Lot food center.
