NAI Isaac Sells Downtown Retail Building

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 637 East Main Street in downtown Lexington. The property is the former location of the Lexington Antique Gallery which has relocated to 400 Old Vine Street. The 8,500 SF three-story retail building situated on 0.21 acres was purchased by Shrout Properties, LLC. It is anticipated that the property will continue to be used as an antique gallery by the new owner.

Al Isaac, President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, represented the Seller, Thunderbird Properties and Jennie Brown of Alden Real Estate represented the Purchaser.
