NAI Isaac Brings Southern Rayz Tanning Salon to Northridge Shopping Center

Southern Rayz Tanning Salon will open its first location in the Northridge Shopping Center at South Hwy 127 in Russell Springs, KY. The salon will feature over 1,200 square feet and is slated to open August 1, 2010. The center is anchored by Kroger and Kmart and is the dominant retail shopping center in Russell Springs.

Jim Holbrook & Paul Ray Smith of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, worked with the Landlord and the Tenant to secure the lease.
