NAI Isaac Brokers Nicholasville, KY Industrial Sale

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 112 Eisenhower Court in Nicholasville, KY. The 15,000 square foot facility on 1.1 acres is located in the Bluegrass Industrial Park off US 27 and Industry Road near the Fayette/Jessamine County line. The facility was purchased by Commonwealth X-Ray, Inc. for $405,000.
