NAI Isaac Brings New Restaurant and New Retailer to Georgetown

Indian Acres Shopping Center in Georgetown welcomes The Good Old Boys restaurant, a casual dining restaurant and Zeller B’s, a furniture and craft retailer. Located on US 25 South Broadway, Indian Acres is anchored by Dollar General.

Chad Voelkert, Senior Associate with NAI Isaac, worked with the Landlord and the tenant to secure the lease.

NAI Isaac welcomes Playa Bowls to French Quarter Square at 2573 Richmond Road, Suite 100, Lexington, Kentucky. Expected to open in Summer/Fall 2025, this will be their second location in Lexington.
