NAI Isaac Relocates Coloroma and 100% Leases Retail Center

Coloroma Rental Center will relocate its Richmond store to 610 Big Hill Avenue. Founded in 1984, Coloroma has multiple locations in Kentucky and Southwest Virginia. Big Hill Avenue is located just off the Eastern By-pass near the EKU campus and the Center is now 100% leased.

Paul Ray Smith and Jim Kemper with NAI Isaac, represented the Landlord and Jim Holbrook with NAI Isaac worked with Tenant to secure the lease.
