NAI Isaac welcomes Playa Bowls to French Quarter Square at 2573 Richmond Road, Suite 100, Lexington, Kentucky. Expected to open in Summer/Fall 2025, this will be their second location in Lexington. Paul Ray Smith, Jr., J.L. Cannady, CCIM, and Jordan Smith, MRED, of NAI Isaac, represented the landlord. Zach Smith, CCIM, also of NAI Isaac, represented the tenant. Founders Robert Giuliani and Abby Taylor were inspired by chasing summer on surf trips to Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, California, and Hawaii. Almost every surf town offered its own version of an açaà or pitaya bowl, inspiring Giuliani and Taylor to recreate their favorites back home on the Jersey Shore. They spent a great deal of time and effort telling their story and educating customers on the benefits of açaÃ, which paid off as word spread about their creative and intuitive pop-up stand.
