South Elkhorn Village welcomes Bingers, Inc. dba The S-E-C Sports Pub restaurant and bar. The grand opening for the 4,287 SF sports bar is slated for August 1st. South Elkhorn Village is anchored by Ramsey’s Restaurant and located on South Harrodsburg Road just off Man O’ War Blvd. at the intersection of Harrodsburg Road and Military Pike. Paul Ray Smith of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties worked with the Landlord, TB Managed Assets III, LLC, and the new tenant to secure the lease.
