NAI Isaac Brings Southern Rays Tanning to Orchard Center in Nicholasville


Southern Rays Tanning will open its first Nicholasville location in the Orchard Center. Southern Rays Tanning is locally owned and operated for more than 15 years. Southern Rays Tanning is slated to open January 2013.

Located at 976 North Main Street, the Orchard Shopping Center is now 100% fully leased and anchored by Nicholasville Furniture and Dollar General. Chad Voelkert, Senior Associate of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, represented the Landlord and Jim Kemper, Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Tenant to secure the lease.
