NAI Isaac Brokers Sale of Prime Retail Location in Lexington, KY

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 3.57 AC prime retail land at 3851 Mall Road. The buyer, a private local company, paid $2,000,000 for the site. The buyer plans to construct a 20,000 SF retail center and outparcel to be completed summer 2013. The property is adjacent to the 1.2M SF “Fayette Mall” with over 150 stores on 87 AC, the 190,000 SF Plaza at Fayette Mall and a high volume Wal-Mart Supercenter and Lowes Center in south Lexington, Kentucky.
Chad Voelkert, Senior Associate of NAI Isaac represented the buyer in this transaction. Chad Voelkert is also the exclusive leasing agent for the retail center.
