NAI Isaac Brokers Sale of Retail Outlot

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 0.61 AC retail outlot at 361 New Circle Road NE. The outlot is situated in front of Kroger Plaza at Bryan Station and New Circle Roads. Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President and Chad Voelkert, Senior Associate of NAI Isaac and Howard Goldfarb with Excess Space represented the seller, GE Capital Solutions in the transaction.
