No. 1 Nail Salon will open its second Lexington location in North Park Marketplace at 524 West New Circle Road. No. 1 Nail Salon’s grand opening is scheduled for August 1, 2013. North Park Marketplace is a 46,647 square foot community center anchored by Staples and adjacent to a Walmart Supercenter. Jim Holbrook and Jamie Adams of NAI Isaac represented the Landlord, Yale Lexington, LLC in this transaction.
