NAI Isaac Brokers long term lease for former Tempur-Pedic HQ facility in Lexington, KY


Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President and Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Landlord, Setzer Investments No. 4, LLC, in lease  negotiations with Corrisoft, LLC for the +/- 94,000 SF HQ Facility on 7.7 acres of land located at 1713 Jaggie Fox Way.


Corrisoft, LLC provides satellite tracking of offenders sentenced to electronic monitoring and is the sole provider to combine state-of-the-art tracking and monitoring with all the services that ex-offenders need to become productive members of the community.
