NAI Isaac brokered the sale of Idle Hour Shopping Center, a +47,818 SF center to a private investor. Idle Hour Shopping Center is located at 2051-2121 Richmond Road in southeast Lexington, Kentucky.  Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President and Jim Kemper, Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Seller, Glamis Idle Hour, LLC in this transaction.  NAI Isaac is being retained as the leasing and management representatives for the new owners.
