NAI Isaac Assists Stantec in Relocation & Expansion to the new CentrePointe Development

Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties and Dina Zavislak with Mohr Partners, represented Stantec in lease negotiations and Ken Michul with The Webb Companies represented the Owner, The Offices of CentrePointe, LLC in this transaction.


Stantec will occupy the top +/- 2½ floors consisting of +/-35,000 SF in the new 10-story building to be constructed at 100 West Main Street in downtown Lexington. Construction for the development has begun with an estimated completion date of May 2015. Stantec employs more than 13,000 specialists in over 200 offices with Lexington being amongst one of its largest offices.
