NAI Isaac Brokers the Sale of Freestanding Retail Building


Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the seller, White’s Dairy Queen, Inc. in the sale of a freestanding, single-story retail building located just off Richmond Road at 2222 Coburn Boulevard. The buyer, ANSH LLC, is slated to open a laundry mat in first Quarter 2014.

NAI Isaac welcomes Playa Bowls to French Quarter Square at 2573 Richmond Road, Suite 100, Lexington, Kentucky. Expected to open in Summer/Fall 2025, this will be their second location in Lexington.
