NAI Isaac is pleased to announce the lease renewal of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services at Lexington Business Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Located at 2050 Creative Drive and New Circle Road, the Lexington Business Center is a 307,498 square foot, five-building mixed-use development on 19.71 acres. Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President, of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, represented the Landlord, GECE, Inc., in this transaction.
