NAI Isaac is pleased to announce the lease renewals of Amerisports Gymnastics, consisting of 9,948 SF, located at 2041 Creative Drive and Insight/Time Warner Cable, consisting of 7,007 SF, at 2050 Creative Drive within the Lexington Business Center in Lexington, Kentucky. The Lexington Business Center is a 307,498 square foot, five-building mixed-use development on 19.71 acres. Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President, of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, represented the Landlord, GECE, Inc., in both transactions and CBRE and Peter Barr with Block + Lot represented Insight Kentucky Partners II, LP.
