NAI Isaac Expands Resources with the Addition of Three Employees

Lexington, Kentucky – November  14, 2014.  NAI Isaac Commercial Properties recently added three new employees to its staff team.  The addition of these professionals advances the company’s goal to provide dedicated professionals committed to provide quality services for clients, helping them to achieve their strategic objectives.

Below is a brief biography for each new employee.

Melissa West – Property Management Accounts Payable
Melissa West joins NAI Isaac with over 20 years’ experience in Residential Property Management.  West is responsible for the daily operations of Accounts Payable and provides technical support within the Property Management Department.  West attended the University of Kentucky focusing on a degree in Business Management and Accounting.  West achieved her CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) designation in 1995 and served on the Greater Lexington Apartment Association Board of Directors from 1996 - 2006 and served as President of the Association in 2005. West is also a member of NAPW (National Association of Professional and Executive Women).


Carter Miller – Assistant Property Manager
Carter Miller joins NAI Isaac with a background in residential property management and master-planned community development.  Miller is responsible for the management of retail shopping centers and office buildings in the Lexington surrounding area.  As part of the company’s property management department, he works to maximize owner profits with careful examination of operating costs as well as work with maintenance to ensure properties are well maintained.  Miller is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.



Suzanne Crockett – Procedures and Marketing Specialist
Suzanne Crockett joins NAI Isaac with a background in higher education development and non-profit support services.  She has over ten years’ experience in process improvement and strategic planning as well as social media, digital and direct marketing.  Crockett is responsible for procedure improvement and policy development within the company’s property management department.  She also administers the company’s social media platforms and digital communications program and will assist with special marketing projects.   Crockett is a 2001 graduate of Midway College, with a B.A. in English Literature and Composition.  She is a member of the Internet Marketing Association (IMA)
