NAI Isaac Brokers Sale of Conway Court Property


NAI Isaac recently brokered the sale of an 8,820 sf industrial property located at 450 Conway Court in Lexington, Kentucky.  The property was owned by SCM Properties, Inc. and sold to Republic Services, a residential and commercial waste management and recycling company. 

Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the buyer during the sale negotiations and was the sole broker in the transaction.
