NAI Isaac Represents Columbia Pipeline Group in Lexington, Kentucky Lease Negotiations

NAI Isaac assisted Columbia Pipeline Group, Inc. in the leasing of office space, located at 1040 Monarch Street in Lexington, Kentucky.  CPG is headquartered in Houston, Texas; and owns and operates more than 15,000 miles of strategically located natural gas pipelines, integrated with one of the largest underground storage systems in North America.  The company’s new Lexington office will be used as a base of operation for their work throughout Central Kentucky. 

Jamie Adams, LEED AP, Senior Associate and Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties and Sam DiFrancesca with Cushman and Wakefield represented the Tenant during the lease negotiations.  Ernie Arnold and Kevin Verhoven with The Gibson Company represented the Landlord.
