NAI Isaac Brings Katie’s Tire and Auto Center to Nicholasville, KY

NAI Isaac recently assisted with the leasing of a 3,904 SF freestanding facility located at 100 Peachtree Drive in Nicholasville, Kentucky. The property has been leased to Katie's Tire and Auto Center.  Originally based in Winchester, KY, Katie's plans to open an additional location in Nicholasville to serve the Central Kentucky area.

Jamie Adams, LEED AP, Senior Associate and Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Landlord during the lease negotiations.

NAI Isaac welcomes Playa Bowls to French Quarter Square at 2573 Richmond Road, Suite 100, Lexington, Kentucky. Expected to open in Summer/Fall 2025, this will be their second location in Lexington.
