NAI Isaac Leases Over Drive Location to TP Mechanical Contractors, Inc.

NAI Isaac recently leased a ±39,000 sf property located at 2409 Over Drive in Lexington, Kentucky.  The property has been leased to TP Mechanical Contractors, Inc., who plans to open for business in early 2016.  TP Mechanical Contractors is a recognized leader in the construction industry, specializing in large-scale construction projects and comprehensive mechanical contracting services ranging from customized service and maintenance plans to design/build and fabrication. Al Isaac, President and Jamie Adams, LEED AP, Senior Associate with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties assisted the Tenant during the lease transaction.
