Jim Holbrook, Senior Associate, Celebrates 12 Years with NAI Isaac

Jim Holbrook, Senior Associate with NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, celebrates 12 years. Holbrook joined NAI Isaac in 2006. "Jim has a unique perspective of the fiscal responsibilities of property ownership balanced with tenant requirements for use of leased space.  This perspective helps us to better serve our clients." says Al Isaac, President. 

Holbrook's initial service with NAI Isaac was  in the management of office and retail properties in Central Kentucky. As a sales/leasing associate, Holbrook has many years of experience in the sale and leasing of office and industrial real estate.  Holbrook represents both Landlords and Tenants and has been in the commercial real estate field since 1999.  

 Before entering the commercial estate field, Holbrook owned an international trade business and was the Vice President of Operations for a private company owned by the University of Kentucky and assisted in the growth and development of the Coldstream Research Campus.  He is a graduate of Clemson University.
