NAI Isaac Brings Wendy's to U.S. 27 in Nicholasville, Kentucky


NAI Isaac is pleased to have worked with John Abraham of JA Commercial to bring a new Wendy's location across from Brannon Crossing in Nicholasville, Kentucky.  Muy Hamburger Partners is one of the largest Wendy's operators in the country with over 300 locations. This location is slated to open in December.

Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President and Jim Kemper, Vice President of NAI Isaac represented the Landlord during this transaction.  John Abraham with JA Commercial represented Muy Hamburger Partners, LLC.
