NAI Isaac Announces Lease renewal with Burkes Outlet in Glasgow, KY


 Glasgow, KY - Jim Kemper, Vice President and Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President of NAI Isaac recently announced the lease renewal of Burkes Outlet, located Barren River Plaza in Glasgow, KY. Burkes Outlet currently has 18 locations in Kentucky and is a division of Florida-based Bealls, Inc.  Bealls is a privately held company owned by the founding family and its employees.  Bealls operated over 500 retail stores.


  Barren River Plaza, a 350,000 SF regional center, is anchored by Ruler Foods by Kroger, Jo-Ann Fabric & Craft, Burkes Outlet and TJ Samson Community Hospital Health Pavilion. Jim Kemper and Paul Ray Smith represented the Landlord in the lease renewal.
