Michael Neal, a Property Manager at NAI Isaac, has over 19 years of experience in facilities and property management across healthcare, logistics, and commercial real estate. His responsibilities have included managing more than 7 million square feet of commercial real estate, overseeing a $6.5 million annual budget, leading a team of mobile technicians and vendors, and ensuring that properties are safe, efficient, and compliant. Michael is proficient in budget management and cost control, energy efficiency and sustainability, as well as safety and compliance. He emphasizes strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and service providers to meet and exceed expectations.

Michael holds a bachelor's degree from GBS in Cincinnati, Ohio, and an MBA from LSU Shreveport.

NAI Isaac welcomes Playa Bowls to French Quarter Square at 2573 Richmond Road, Suite 100, Lexington, Kentucky. Expected to open in Summer/Fall 2025, this will be their second location in Lexington.
