With over 1,300 square feet, they will offer walk-in medical and pain management services and will open August 1, 2010. The center is located adjacent to Norby’s Farm & Fleet and anchored by Save-A-Lot, Cato and Subway. The property is under new ownership and professionally managed by the NAI Isaac Property Management Team. Southern Rayz Tanning Salon will open its first location in the Northridge Shopping Center at South Hwy 127 in Russell Springs, KY. The salon will feature over 1,200 square feet and is slated to open August 1, 2010. The center is anchored by Kroger and Kmart and is the dominant retail shopping center in Russell Springs. NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 701 Allenridge Point in North Lexington. The 17,776 square foot facility on 1.08 acres was purchased by the Fraternal Order of Plumbers and Steamfitters, Inc. of Lexington. Bruce R.
