NAI Isaac and USI Real Estate brokered the sale-lease back of 401 Enterprise Drive in Nicholasville, KY. The +/- 149,000 SF industrial facility on +/- 24 acres was sold to RJ Corman Real Estate, LLC. Bruce R. Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President and Chad Voelkert, Senior Associate of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties and Michael Shigley, Vice President with USI Real Estate Brokerage Services represented the Seller, Trim Masters, Inc.

NAI Isaac welcomes Playa Bowls to French Quarter Square at 2573 Richmond Road, Suite 100, Lexington, Kentucky. Expected to open in Summer/Fall 2025, this will be their second location in Lexington.
