NAI Isaac Leases Portion of Pro Player Building in Frankfort, KY

NAI Isaac represented the Frankfort Christian Academy in lease negotiations for over 20,000 SF of industrial space in the Pro Player Building leased to the Transportation Cabinet. The large industrial facility is located on 1349 US Highway 421 South in Frankfort, Kentucky.

Bruce R. Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President, and Chad Voelkert, Senior Associate of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, handled the transaction.
