NAI Isaac Announces New Associate with LEED ® AP Certification

NAI Isaac has expanded its brokerage team and welcomes Jamie Adams. Adams has a background in sustainable planning, design, and construction. Designated as a LEED® Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council, his goal is to promote sustainability as an essential factor relevant to all aspects of the real estate industry. Adams is one of the region’s few LEED® AP certified commercial real estate associates. Having a LEED® AP certified associate on board allows NAI Isaac the ability to devote the time necessary to stay current with this rigorous, emerging industry program and streamline the LEED® certification for our clients.

Adams has worked on several projects that are scheduled to be LEED® certified upon final completion. Projects include working with the planning and design team for a 1.24 million SF commercial office and retail tower in Miami’s Central Business District.
