Consigning Women will open its 1st location in the French Quarter Square shopping center. Located at 2573 Richmond Road, French Quarter Square is home to Doubletree Guest Suites, Panera Bread, Posh and Suntan City. Paul Ray Smith facilitated the transaction.

NAI Isaac welcomes Playa Bowls to French Quarter Square at 2573 Richmond Road, Suite 100, Lexington, Kentucky. Expected to open in Summer/Fall 2025, this will be their second location in Lexington. Paul Ray Smith, Jr., J.L. Cannady, CCIM, and Jordan Smith, MRED, of NAI Isaac, represented the landlord. Zach Smith, CCIM, also of NAI Isaac, represented the tenant. Founders Robert Giuliani and Abby Taylor were inspired by chasing summer on surf trips to Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Puerto Rico, California, and Hawaii.
