NAI Isaac Brings New Tenant to the McGrathiana Building in the UK Coldstream Research Campus

1648 McGrathiana in the UK Coldstream Research Campus welcomes Allconnect Inc., a leading consumer services company. The company is investing nearly $7 million to establish a +32,000 square foot facility for a new in-bound sales and customer care center. Slated to open mid-May, Allconnect is expected to nearly 220 new jobs to the community.

Coldstream’s 1648 McGrathiana, is surrounded by a mix of established technology-based companies. 1648 McGrathiana Parkway is a new 168,000 SF, 5-story, Class A building located at the intersection of Newtown Pike and I-75/64.
