NAI Isaac Commercial Properties Sells Largest Industrial Listing in Central KY

Corbin, KY (May 2011) — Lexington, KY-based NAI Isaac Commercial Properties facilitated the sale of the largest industrial listing in Central Kentucky. With more than 1 million square feet of industrial space on 108 acres, the Corbin facility is located 85 miles south of Lexington, KY and 65 miles north of Knoxville, TN. Formerly home to American Greetings, the facility was purchased by Webbed Sphere, Inc.

NAI Isaac Commercial Properties’ Senior Vice President Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, and Dov Sorotzkin with Newmark Knight Frank, represented the seller.
