NAI Isaac Sells $1.2M Danville, KY Building to Farmer’s Bank

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 1035 Ben Ali Drive in Danville, KY. The 2,700 SF bank building on 0.5 AC was purchased by Farmer’s Bank and Capital Company. The facility was originally constructed for The First National Bank of Lawrenceburg. Farmer’s Bank was the existing tenant of the property as successor tenant. The bank facility was sold for $1,200,000. Al Isaac of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties handled the transaction.
