NAI Isaac Represents Chase Tower in Lease Negotiations with a New Business Providing 200 Jobs to Lexington

Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President, Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President and Anne Kilcoyne with NAI Isaac represented the landlord and Jake McDonald with Cassidy Turley and Ernie Arnold with The Gibson Company represented the tenant. Kentucky Spirit Health Plan, Inc. will expand and relocate from its temporary office space into a permanent location in Chase Tower at 201 East Main Street in Lexington. KSHP plans to transition into its new 36,430 square feet office in February. KSHP will manage behavioral health benefits for individuals on Medicaid throughout seven regions of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Kentucky Spirit Health Plan will provide health, behavioral, vision, dental and pharmacy services to Kentucky residents in both urban and rural areas who might not otherwise have access to quality healthcare.
