Avante Guard has opened its first Somerset location in Grand Central Place. The 2,000 square foot clinic specializes in skin and laser care and weight loss. Grand Central Place is anchored by Kroger, Goody’s, Dunham Sports, T.J. Maxx and Hobby Lobby. The center is conveniently located at the intersection of Grand Central Blvd. and US 27 in Somerset. Paul Ray Smith and Jim Kemper of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Landlord in this transaction.

NAI Isaac welcomes Playa Bowls to French Quarter Square at 2573 Richmond Road, Suite 100, Lexington, Kentucky. Expected to open in Summer/Fall 2025, this will be their second location in Lexington.
