NAI Isaac Represents State Beauty Supply of Lexington in its Expansion and Relocation Project

Due to the growth of business in the Lexington market area, State Beauty Supply of Lexington is relocating its offices and training center to 250 Walton Avenue, which is undergoing a complete renovation, as well as, its distribution center to 720 National Avenue. Both properties are in Lexington and managed by Walker Properties, LLC. Additionally, State Beauty Supply of Lexington opened two (2) new retail operations to be closer to its customer base. The first new retail store to open is at Todds Plaza, 162 Todds Road, Suite 150, Lexington, a property owned by Todds Venture, LLC, represented by Earl Brady, Sperry Van Ness. The second new retail store will open at 250 Walton Avenue to be collocated with the new offices and training center. The original retail store at 145 Moore Drive was remodeled and will remain at this address in Lexington. Renovation of 250 Walton Avenue is scheduled to be completed for occupancy by February 1, 2012.
