NAI Isaac Facilitates Industrial Lease for Tri-County Automotive

NAI Isaac facilitated the lease of address 524 Pendleton Road in Pendleton, KY. Tri-County Automotive will open its 10,000 SF automotive repair and service facility mid-April. Jim Holbrook and Jamie Adams of NAI Isaac represented the Owner, Speed Co Inc. in the lease negotiations.
