NAI Isaac Brokers Sale of Lexington CBD Development Land

NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 1.317 AC at 316 West High Street. The development land is situated at the corner of South Broadway and West High Street across from Rupp Arena. A local investment group, South Hill, LLC purchased the property. Al Isaac and John Miller of NAI Isaac represented the seller, FUMC Realty, Inc. in the transaction.

NAI Isaac welcomes Playa Bowls to French Quarter Square at 2573 Richmond Road, Suite 100, Lexington, Kentucky. Expected to open in Summer/Fall 2025, this will be their second location in Lexington.
