NAI Isaac Brokers Sale of 2.1 AC in Nicholasville


NAI Isaac brokered the sale of 2.1 acres of development land on Corman Drive just off Highway 27 Bypass in Nicholasville near McDonald’s, Save-a-Lot, Subway and more. Jim Holbrook, Associate of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, represented the Buyer, Kentucky Lodging & Development, Inc. The Buyer is the preferred developer in Eastern Kentucky for Dollar General. Kentucky Lodging & Development is scheduled to open 20 Dollar General Stores in 2013.
