Wohlander Law Office, PSC is relocating its office in August 2013 to Suite 401 of the Regency Office Court, located at 2201 Regency Road. Regency Office Court is a suburban office project comprised of seven single story professional office buildings conveniently located in South Lexington in the Nicholasville Road corridor. Paul Ray Smith and Jim Holbrook of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Landlord, an affiliate of Lexington based The Rouse Companies, in this transaction.
