NAI Isaac Assists with Relocation of Existing Tenant in Grand Central Place

NAI Isaac is pleased to announce the new larger location of Magic Vapor Shop in the Grand Central Place shopping center. The electronic cigarette and accessories provider will open their new 2,800 SF space in September 2013.

Anchored by Kroger, Goody’s, Dunham Sports, and the new Hobby Lobby, and T.J. Maxx, Grand Central Place is located in Somerset at the intersection of Grand Central Blvd. and US 27. Paul Ray Smith and Jim Kemper of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Landlord, Grand Central Holdings, LLC, in the transaction.
