NAI Isaac brokered the sale of Berea Shoppes consisting of 13,850 sf and Prince Royal Plaza consisting of 69,397 sf, both located on Prince Royal Plaza Drive in Berea, KY. Located in Madison County, both properties are centrally located just off the South Berea Interstate 75 interchange (Exit 76).  Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President, represented the Seller, E & E Properties, Inc. in this transaction.  The Purchaser was represented by Eli Mashni with 360 Real Estate.
