NAI Isaac Promotes Chad Voelkert and Jamie Adams


NAI Isaac Commercial Properties announced that Chad Voelkert has been promoted to Vice President and Jamie Adams, LEED AP has been promoted to Senior Associate. Chad Voelkert focuses on the development, sales, leasing of commercial and industrial properties throughout the Central and Eastern Kentucky area. He has worked with multiple local, regional, national, and global companies meeting their real estate objectives. Voelkert has facilitated numerous developments from start to finish by collaborating with the contractors, engineers, architects, bankers, attorneys and tenants involved. 


Voelkert is a member of NAI's Corporate Real Estate Services Team (CREST) which is made up of specially trained, dedicated real estate professionals whose desire is to focus their career on professional representation of large, national and international corporations and institutions with geographically diverse portfolios. He is an active member of the of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and NAI’s Retail and Industrial Councils.


Jamie Adams, LEED AP specializes in retail and office markets in Central Kentucky and surrounding markets. He represents both Tenants and Property Owners ranging in size from international REITs to local businesses. Adams leverages his experience and knowledge of spending most of his life in Lexington to add value for his clients. He has a background and passion for sustainable planning, design and construction. Designated as a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council, his goal is to promote sustainability and efficiency as an essential value adding factor relevant to all aspects of the real estate industry. Adams is one of the region’s few LEED AP certified commercial real estate professionals.

Adams is an active member of the NAI Global Retail Specialty Council, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) Kentucky Chapter, The Fayette Alliance (a sustainable growth community advocacy organization), Bluegrass Tomorrow Young Professionals/Diversity Council, and is Vice President of the Rotaract International Organization of Young Professionals (Rotary Club affiliate).
