NAI Isaac Facilitates Lease with Smyth Automotive

Bruce Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, Senior Vice President and Chad Voelkert, Vice President of Isaac Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the landlord, George Kawaja and Matt Stone with Sperry Van Ness represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Smyth Automotive will occupy 9,530 SF at 1314 Russell Cave Road in Lexington and is slated to open fall 2014.

NAI Isaac welcomes Playa Bowls to French Quarter Square at 2573 Richmond Road, Suite 100, Lexington, Kentucky. Expected to open in Summer/Fall 2025, this will be their second location in Lexington.
