Located on the Glasgow Bypass, the Center is anchored by Houchens IGA and Family Dollar and is owned by Southgate Plaza, Inc. Glasgow, Barren County, Kentucky is in south-central Kentucky, about 90 miles southeast of Louisville and 90 miles northeast of Nashville.  Paul Ray Smith, Executive Vice President, and Jim Kemper, Vice President, of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties, represented the Landlord.

NAI Isaac welcomes Playa Bowls to French Quarter Square at 2573 Richmond Road, Suite 100, Lexington, Kentucky. Expected to open in Summer/Fall 2025, this will be their second location in Lexington.
