NAI Isaac Brokers Lease with Windstream for Location in Berea



NAI Isaac is pleased to welcome Windstream, Inc. to 1006 Ace Drive in Berea, Kentucky.  Windstream offers high-speed internet and phone services to customers around Kentucky.  They will be utilizing the Ace Drive location as a service/operations center.  Jamie Adams, Senior Associate and Jim Holbrook, Associate of NAI Isaac Commercial Properties represented the Owner in the lease negotiations.
